What makes your T-shirts oversized?
They're cut on a boxy, unisex pattern with dropped shoulders and side seams — wider and shorter through the body than a regular tee, with the shoulder seam sitting below your natural shoulder. It's meant to look relaxed, not ill-fitting.
How do I choose my size?
Take your usual size for the standard oversized look, or size up one if you want it baggier. Full chart on our Size & Fit page. If you're between sizes, size up.
Are they unisex?
The cut is unisex. The designs are made with a female-first audience in mind, but nothing about the fit is gendered.
What fabric do you use?
100% combed cotton, 220 GSM, bio-washed. Combed cotton has the short fibres removed so it's smoother and pills less. Bio-washing softens it and reduces shrinkage. 220 GSM is a mid-heavy weight — it holds its shape rather than clinging.
Where are they made?
Made and printed in India.
Will the print fade after washing?
Not if you wash it properly. We print direct-to-garment with water-based inks, cured into the fabric. Wash cold, inside out, and skip the dryer where you can.
How should I wash it?
Machine wash cold, inside out. No bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Iron inside out on the lowest setting. Never dry clean.
Ordering & delivery
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, with a ₹49 handling fee. Prepaid orders ship free — it's cheaper for you and it means we can dispatch faster.
How long will my order take?
We print to order, so allow 2–3 working days to dispatch. After that, delivery is typically 2–4 working days to metros, 4–7 across the rest of India, and 7–10 to the North East, J&K, Ladakh and the islands. Full details in our Shipping Policy.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, everywhere our courier partners deliver. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. India only for now.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email and WhatsApp as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Returns & problems
Can I return something because it didn't suit me?
No — and we'd rather say that plainly than bury it. Every tee is printed to order specifically for you, so there's no stock to return it to. Please use the size chart before ordering, and message us if you're unsure.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Not for a size ordered incorrectly, for the same reason. If we sent you the wrong size — different from what's on your order — that's on us and we'll replace it free.
What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted?
We'll replace it free. Email vasundharashish@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, the print issue and the packaging. Filming yourself opening the parcel makes this much faster to resolve. Full process in our Return & Refund Policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Within 2 hours of placing it, yes — email us immediately. Once it's gone into print we can't pull it back.

Where can I find you on Instagram?
We're @houseofhateli. New designs, drop dates and the occasional unhinged story poll land there first — and our DMs are open if email feels like too much effort.
Are sold-out designs restocked?
We print to order, so we rarely sell out. If a design is retired, it's retired — that's usually deliberate.
How often do new drops launch?
New drops land when the designs are ready rather than on a fixed calendar. Follow @houseofhateli or join the mailing list and you'll know first.
Can I suggest a design?
Please do. Email us or DM us on Instagram. Some of the best ones started as somebody's reply.
Can I collaborate with you?
