Products and pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST. Apparel priced up to ₹2,500 per piece attracts 5% GST.
Product images are representative. Screen colour, lighting and the nature of direct-to-garment printing mean the item you receive may vary slightly in shade from the image.
Garment measurements may vary by up to ±0.5 inches.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors, and to cancel and refund any order placed at a price listed in error.
Country of origin: India.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch.
We may refuse or cancel an order — including for suspected fraud, an unserviceable pincode, a repeated pattern of refused COD deliveries, or a product being unavailable. Where we cancel, we refund in full.
Because items are printed to order, changes and cancellations are only possible within the window set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All designs, graphics, slogans, photographs, copy and the House of Hateli name and logo are our property or used under licence. You may not reproduce, print, resell or commercially exploit any of it without written permission. Buying a tee gives you the tee, not the artwork on it.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, upload malicious code, scrape the site at scale, or interfere with its operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Third parties

Fulfilment, payment processing and delivery are handled by third parties including our print and fulfilment partner, our payment gateway and our courier partners. Their own terms apply to the services they provide.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any right you have to approach a consumer forum where you reside.

Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month.
