We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours of receipt and resolve it within one month, as required under the Rules. You will be given a reference number for each complaint.

Price and taxes

Every price shown on this website is the total price payable in Indian Rupees, inclusive of GST. We do not add taxes at checkout.

Shipping is free on all orders within India. Where a Cash on Delivery handling charge applies, it is shown separately and in full on the checkout page before you confirm your order. We levy no other charge of any kind — no convenience fee, no handling fee, no packaging fee.

Made to order

Every garment is printed to order after you place it, by our print-on-demand manufacturing partner in India. Nothing is held in stock. This is why dispatch takes 2–3 working days and why we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Our Return & Refund Policy sets out in full what we do and do not accept, including your rights where an item is defective, damaged, misprinted or not as described.

How products are shown

Product images may include digitally generated mockups used to show a design on a garment. Printed colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen, because screens render colour differently and because printing on fabric is not identical to printing on glass. Placement may vary by a small margin between garments, as is normal for made-to-order printing. These variations are not defects.

All designs, artwork, slogans, photographs, text and the House of Hateli name and logo on this website are the property of Ashish Tripathi trading as House of Hateli, and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may not reproduce, print, resell or distribute them without our written permission.

Any third-party name or mark that appears on this website is the property of its respective owner. We claim no affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from any third party unless we say so explicitly.

If you believe any content on this website infringes your rights, write to the Grievance Officer above with details of the work and the basis of your claim, and we will act on it.
